1. Payment & Refund Policy
- The transport fees must be paid via payment gateways or electronic media only. No cash or
cheques are allowed.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including admission cancellation, transfer,
pandemics, war, natural disasters, lockdown, or contract cancellation.
- The fee rate will be revised every six months in case of significant changes in fuel prices and
inflation.
- Payments must be made in advance for six months, with no discounts or commissions offered.
- Cash payments are strictly prohibited—if any staff is paid in cash, it will be treated as
non-payment.
- Applicable taxes will be deducted at source, following rules and laws that apply over time.
- Any incorrect transfer or query must be reported immediately.
- Any IT or technical issues with payment services or banks will be resolved by the respective
third-party providers in due time.
- Payment slips should only be downloaded from the officially provided websites.
2. Pricing & Revisions
- Every six-month rate will be revised if there are drastic changes in fuel prices and inflation.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing
customers.
3. Taxation
Applicable tax shall be deducted at the source as per the prevailing rules, laws, and regulations.
4. Service Availability
TranzForce operates within the PCMC & Maval regions. Service availability may be affected by weather
conditions, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Safety Regulations
Safety is our priority. All passengers must adhere to the safety guidelines set by TranzForce,
including:
- Wearing seat belts
- Following instructions from the driver or attendant
- Respecting vehicle safety rules
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other commuters. Any misconduct,
damage to vehicles, or violation of safety rules may result in service termination.
7. Liability
TranzForce shall not be held liable for delays due to traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen
circumstances. While we take extensive safety measures, passengers use our services at their own
risk.
8. GPS & CCTV Monitoring
For security purposes, all TranzForce vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and CCTV surveillance.
By
using our service, you consent to being monitored for safety and security reasons.
9. IT & Payment Issues
- Any incorrect transfers or payment queries must be reported immediately.
- Any glitches or IT-related issues with payment services or bank providers will be resolved
within the time taken by third parties.
- Payment slips must be downloaded only from the provided sites.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
TranzForce reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our
services
after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
